You'll ensure they feel valued, informed, and set up to perform at their best, while keeping internal teams aligned with creator needs. This role blends relationship management, organisation, and problem‑solving in a fast‑moving, social‑first environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & OffboardingGuide new creators through their onboarding journey and ensure a smooth start.Attend intro sessions, complete setup tasks, and build early rapport.Manage the offboarding process professionally and accurately when creators leave.Creator SupportAct as the primary contact for creators day‑to‑day.Handle incoming requests and route them to the right internal teams.Run weekly or bi‑weekly check‑ins and offer additional support when needed.Success ManagementSend weekly task lists and follow up on progress.Share end‑of‑week updates and reminders.Spot potential issues early and resolve them before they elevate.Internal CollaborationLead weekly feedback meetings with department heads.Provide monthly updates to leadership on creator sentiment and performance.Ensure internal tasks linked to creators are completed on time.Keep track of team task boards and maintain accountability.Wellness ProgrammeOversee the agency's creator wellness initiative.Maintain its social presence and connect creators with helpful external specialists.Support creators in setting and achieving personal and professional goals.Skills & ExperienceStrong communication and relationship‑building skills.Excellent organisation and time management.Confident problem‑solver with a proactive mindset.Comfortable working in rapid‑paced, multi‑team environments.High emotional intelligence and attention to detail.Able to work independently while staying aligned with leadership.Benefits28 days paid leave (20 holiday + 8 public holidays)Gym membershipRegular team eventsWFH and learning budgetsWorkplace pensionSphere is an equal opportunities employer.
