The Paint Technician operates paint machines and tools, and uses the specified paint mixes in accordance with automotive engineering specifications, painting procedures and standards.Excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices and procedures Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of BodyShop Connect preferredExcellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills Strong ability to multi-task * Commitment to an environment of continuous improvement* Detail oriented approach with an emphasis on Quality control* Solid awareness of safety practices and procedures**What You’ll get:*** The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000.
