You will support our guided tour logistics by transporting guests between hotels and tour buses, ensuring efficient and smooth hotel pick up and/or drop off. You will safely operate and drive a minibus in downtown Vancouver, working closely with fellow driver guides, shuttler drivers, and dispatch and be adaptable to last-minute changes and requests.YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDEDriving a minibus around downtown Vancouver picking up or dropping off guests at their hotelsChecking off guests from passenger manifests ensuring correct tour and hotel pick upTransporting guests from hotels to the tour guide and vice versaDriving safely and efficiently to keep on scheduleProviding exceptional service for our guestsPerforming daily pre- and post-trip inspections for bus safety, compliance, and cleanlinessReporting any defects on the Vehicle Defect CardCommunicating effectively and professionally over radio/phoneCoordinating with Dispatch Tour Operations to ensure smooth operations, guest safety and satisfactionAdapting quickly and efficiently to changing traffic patterns, street closures or detoursBeing flexible with any last-minute changes and requestsLifting luggage up to 50 lbs and transferring guests to the airportBeing warm, friendly,



and welcoming to all guests and team membersHandling guest queries and concerns professionallyPromoting partner attractions and online reviewsWHAT WE WILL LIKE ABOUT YOUYou possess a valid BC commercial drivers license: Class 1 OR Class 2 License with air brake endorsement, with a clean driver abstractYou love driving and have at least 3 years of driving experience in VancouverYou are confident driving a bus in downtown Vancouver and are familiar with the streetsYou possess a skilled attitude and appearanceYou have the flexibility to accommodate a changing schedule, available to work any day of the week, and an average shift length of 5-7 hours per dayYou are available to work a full-time schedule over the peak summer touring monthsYou have working knowledge of standard radio 10-codesYou have previous experience working in a guest service roleYou work well under pressureYou can lift luggage up to 50 lbsYou are organized and a quick leanerYou can work well both independently with minimum direction, and as part of a teamYou are fluent in English, written and oral. Ability to speak a second language is a bonus.You are legally entitled to work in CanadaYou possess a Class 4 Unrestricted license and are interested in getting a Class 2 License with Air Brakes?
