HR Compensation & Benefits ManagerDate:May 4, 2026Location:Toronto, ON, CASummaryProvides Compensation and Benefits leadership and analytical support to the Senior Manager, Global Rewards.ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary contact for HR Managers for applicable global compensation and benefits issues, including procedural instruction, analytical counsel, and resolution for all matters across all applicable Global Reward programs.Manage Celestica’s global broad‑based and function/site specific incentive programs: review and update incentive plan designs and employee communication materials; partner with internal stakeholders including Finance, HR Business Partners and Legal to determine metrics and targets; maintain and update plan documents; respond to and resolve employee queries and issues.Participate in the Company’s annual compensation and benefits external benchmarking exercise, providing position descriptions, compensation data, and other information to external vendors; analyze and interpret results, including market trends and economic indicators; prepare recommendationsfor annual Compensation Planning for Senior Leadership decision making.Support the annual compensation planning process, working extensively with regional HR Business Partners and regional Compensation & Benefits primes to complete annual merit recommendations, manager planning merit grids, and updating country salary band ranges.Perform regular job evaluations and associated compensation recommendations for executive and director level promotions, internal transfers and new hires on a global basis; prepare associated offer letters as required.Provide recommendations and offer letters for one‑time retention and special bonus awards.Provide analytical support to the broader Total Global Rewards team.Provide analysis and support for Celestica’s long‑term incentive plans as required.Provide ongoing support for various special projects and initiatives,
including Career Frameworks and M&A; activity.Support the HR C&B; leaders, finance and legal with analysis related to Celestica’s annual Proxy/20F filing requirements, supplying timely and accurate compensation information and analysis for Named Executive Officers.Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders in other teams including HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, Business Leaders and external vendors.Potentially assist in completing audit requirements in conjunction with finance and external auditors related to HR programs.Handle urgent employee issues in a timely and professional manner.Leverage strong analytical, data modeling skills and experience to synthesize large volumes of financial data with a high level of accuracy.Understand financial metrics, definitions, calculations, and how certain metrics can be included in incentive plan design.Communicate effectively with strong verbal, written and presentation skills, conveying ideas and facts clearly and articulately.Collaborate with a wide variety of customers, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors/partners.Maintain working knowledge of HR compensation and benefits programs, policies and practices.Demonstrate strong project management skills, evaluating, managing and prioritizing multiple complex tasks and projects.Manage workload across various time zones, including Americas, Europe and Asia.Handle sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.Proficient in computer applications, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Microsoft Project and Visio.Physical DemandsDuties are generally performed in valuable working conditions.Occasional exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc.Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or detailed data.Repetitive manual movements such as data entry, computer mouse use, and calculator use are frequently required.Occasional travel may be required.Salary & BenefitsThe stated range includes Base Salary and target Celestica Team Incentive (CTI) compensation only.
