Job ID: Pay rate range - $40/hr. to $44/hr. on W2 Onsite Job Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Segments, the Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of various affiliate referral models and sponsorships (including events) that result on the accelerated growth of priority segment, Newcomers to Canada. The Customer Segments team is responsible for defining, developing, and executing on cross‑functional customer‑centric strategies that drive personal banking acquisitions and enhance retention. You will be required to drive community engagement and branch collaboration with immigration services, influencers and key organizations running large‑scale community events. You will also be responsible for building a knowledge bank and becoming a segment subject‑matter expert for end‑to‑end event coordination. At the same time, you will support business development efforts, sales planning, and the development and delivery of partner proposals that add to the strategy of Newcomers to Canada. Driving sales results by improving customer segment knowledge, providing field support, and reporting key performance indicators will be key to your success. Typical day might include the following Identify, develop and execute compelling affiliate partnerships to help grow the priority segment portfolio and support customers with relevant value adds. Serve as the strategy lead on key sponsorship proposals and events that drive on‑ground acquisitions and activations. Build activation strategies for such events in alignment with CLIENT Brand guidelines and Marketing, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders. Execute on key events focused on Newcomers to Canada, working seamlessly with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing and Legal, with external partners, and supporting branch teams at community events and/or in preparing and presenting proposals or pitch decks to partners. Evaluate and report on competitor group banking events on an ongoing basis to understand positioning, pricing, strengths, and weaknesses.



Partner with Marketing, Customer Analytics, Customer Care, and Sales teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics, and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross‑sell. Identify best‑in‑class customer communication and cross‑sell practices to inform the bank and develop a robust segment strategy. Monitor performance, including event acquisition results from various tactics, and advocate for resource prioritization. Develop comprehensive and impactful strategies/pitches to seamlessly influence cross‑functional leaders to help achieve the vision. Drive continued innovation in evolving the segment program. Articulate program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of relevant Strategy, Consulting, and/or Product Management experience in banking or customer‑focused industries. Experience in the banking industry and in branches is an asset. Relevant experience running events, building strategy, managing partnership and/or sponsorships, and working with internal and external stakeholders. Solid leadership skills and traits, and strong communication skills. Ability to impact, influence, and lead diverse and cross‑functional groups; experienced change agent. Resilience in the face of ambiguity or setbacks. Experience with customer segmentation, customer intelligence, and market research. Solid quantitative skills with the ability to analyze issues, consolidate learning to develop strategies, and deploy tactics. Active listening and coaching skills. Ability to address issues and solve problems as they arise. Ability to multitask and stay organized amidst busy days and a large workload. Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. You might also have: Excellent relationship development and management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Team‑oriented, flexible, collaborative.
