OverviewManage, mentor and coach a team of Customer focused professionals, improve Service process efficiencies and enhance the KMBS Customer experience.ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor and coachResponsible for reviewing quality and quantity of Service productivityEnsure the training is requested and attended by all relevant staff.Review and coach all Service staff on CIP’sCommunicate and encourage growth and career planningImprove process efficienciesAnalyze service processes to improve efficiencies and promote cost reductionParticipate and encourage Sales/Service meetingsMonitor progress and promote field focus and adherence to cost saving modifications.Responsible for reviewing Service Level Agreements for Branch complianceEnhance the KMBS Customer experienceRespond in person immediately to all Customer concerns that require managerial interventionEnsure all Customers receive an ETA call prior to site visitBe proactive in customer care by weekly team customer reviewsAchieve goal of 88% 1st call fix ratio for teamImprove MIF retentionSupport and participate in Lead program initiativeEnsure that all Customers receive a visit by a technician at least twice per yearParticipate in Client visits on a monthly basis to promote customer relationship and retentionQualificationsA college diploma in technical or related fieldMinimum 5 years previous experience as Service Team LeaderGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to lead and motivateAbility to accommodate shift hoursA creative and strategic thinker; able to manage long‑andshort‑term initiatives concurrentlyA team player with a proven problem solving ability,
