Job Description:
We are looking for Food Service Supervisors for our East Indian food business.

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres,
- Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, walking;

- Flexibility

Employment Requirements:
– Minimum 1 month of experience
