Job Purpose: This individual must have a passion for operations, and have a strong understanding of a pharmaceutical commercial business in Canada collaborating with a high-performance team member that deliver exceptional results. This individual should be focused on making innovative contributions to the organization, have a positive outlook on change, and be adaptable to a dynamic environment without losing focus on business goals. The candidate will work across all product and therapeutic areas as required.

The Senior Coordinator Innovative Medicines will primarily be responsible for the successful development, delivery and administration of tasks. The Senior Coordinator Innovative Medicines is responsible for planning and execution of all Operations requirements in support of the Canada team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strong comprehension of the Code of Conduct in Canada and IMC rules and regulations as an industry in Canada

High Acumen for Project Management

Oversee the effective implementation of all Operations/administration programs required or as requested -achieved compliantly.

Expert Level of Facilitation and Presentation skills as required

Ability to work across boundaries with internal and external partners, influence and build consensus with various stakeholders in order to get results

Interface with management and all internal support teams to complete projects and tasks required

Work with team members to institute specific metrics and measurements to assess the success of Operations and administrative plans and implementation.

Support Commercial and Medical Affairs management

Ability to problem solve in matrix organizations

Ability to work with compliance teams to implement requirements

Report directly to IM General Manager

Manage the Operations Budget for Canada

Manage a project plan,



including completing projects on time and within the provided budget while collaborating with internal stakeholders

Identify issues, develop solutions to improve operations effectiveness

Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of Operations programs, utilizing data to make well-informed decisions about Operations gaps and next steps

Collaborate with members of the larger Operations team, marketing, sales leadership, compliance, sales operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and report results

Provide metrics report on effectiveness of operations plan and implementation to senior leadership

Work on compliance related documentation to support field teams

Able to contribute will colleagues as part of a North American team

Report any adverse event received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department / Drug Safety on the same day or within 1 business day

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's and or Master’s degree in relevant subject area

Project Management knowledge and experience

Experience of effective working in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment

Experience in planning and project management

Delivery focus with an ability to be responsible for and manage multiple activities with short timelines Interpersonal skills with an ability to display a variety of leadership styles dependent upon the situation

An excellent communicator; evidence of strong independence and innovative seeker of strategic solutions

French Language ability is an asset

Minimum of 1+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical Commercial Operations experience

Executive function skills with software systems and Microsoft office

Demonstrates strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and a growth mindset with the potential to progress into commercial roles.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.

Proactive, results-oriented individual who takes initiative, demonstrates ownership,



and consistently seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.

Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Office based time 80 percent, travel time 20 percent

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $74,000 to $91,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; RRSP savings plan; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
