This position focuses on delivering instructional assistance to individuals and groups with behavioral and learning difficulties. Responsibilities include supporting speech therapy and managing Individual Education Plans (IEP). You will also provide personal care, supervise student activities, and collaborate with teachers to optimize learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with academic tasks and organizational skills
• Support speech therapy and addressing individual needs
• Prepare educational materials for various programs




• Monitor student activities during breaks and outings
• Document student progress and communicate with teachers
Requirements:
• Completed secondary education or related experience
• At least 1 year working with students in need
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Educational Assistant Diploma or Certificate is a plus
• Successful Child Abuse Registry check required
