Canada Post is currently seeking an enthusiastic Retail Counter Clerk to work in a retail outlet and provide excellent service to all customers in Milton, ON.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of sales/customer service activities to ensure complete customer satisfactionOperate a computerized point of sale systemMaintain a high level of postal products, services and delivery knowledgeProcess financial transactions (cash, cheques, debit & credit card payments)Receive, sort and sequence mail itemsHandle mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds)Maintain floor displaysConduct Merchandizing and Inventory ControlQualificationsExperience in customer service in a retail environmentSales experience is an assetEnglish EssentialExperience in customer service in a retail workplace.
