Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, confidentiality,
composure and flexibility when faced with managing multiple conflicting priorities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport administrative department projectsProvide direct administrative support in copying, filing, scanning, etc.Compile, create, and modify statistical reports as assignedWorks in a manner that preserves confidentiality and minimizes riskMaintains accurate files electronically and in hardcopy to ensure responsible administrative records and corporate memoryWork safely and reports all workplace hazards and follows all YWCA Hamilton Health and Safety policies and proceduresProvides direct administrative support in copying, filing, scanning, etc.Ensures compliance with policies and proceduresSupports YWCA Hamilton’s mission, vision and valuesPerform other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONSBe between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employmentBe a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employmentHave a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulationsPrevious experience working in an Administrative Assistant role an assetDemonstrated understanding of administrative processes and proceduresExceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines,
