Environment: Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite.Position OverviewThe ERP Business Analyst is responsible for understanding end to end business processes, translating operational and financial requirements into system functionality, and supporting integrations between enterprise systems. This role requires strong ERP experience, the ability to understand how transactions flow through to the General Ledger, and familiarity with core business cycles such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, non‑structured workplace, learns new systems independently, and can support both functional and technical teams. They will analyze, validate, and map financial data between systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate GL posting and financial reporting. Experience in manufacturing is required. This role blends business process knowledge, finance understanding, systems analysis, and integration support.RequirementsERP & Systems ExpertiseHands on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)Ability to learn new ERP platforms independentlyUnderstanding of system configuration, master data, and transactional flowsExperience supporting or working on integrations between two systemsManufacturing type industry experience is requiredBusiness Process KnowledgeStrong understanding of end to end business cycles:Order to Cash (O2C)Procure to Pay (P2P)Record to Report (R2R)Ability to map business processes and identify gapsComfortable working in non-structured, tactical environments where processes evolveFinance & GL MappingSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals (A/R, A/P, inventory, etc.),
