As an In-Cab Instructor, you’ll be responsible for evaluating both new and experienced drivers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver simulator and classroom-based training • Conduct comprehensive road evaluations for drivers • Develop specialized training programs as needed • Assess learner progress through observations • Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations

Requirements: • Valid Class 1/AZ Driver’s License • Dangerous Goods and Air Brakes Certifications • Robust problem-solving abilities • Capacity to operate a commercial motor vehicle • Excellent communication and observational skills
