Job SummaryIndependent operation and maintenance of at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Use technical skills to improve line or system performance to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesVerify all incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods against Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy in quantity, delivery date, and specifications.Authorize the appropriate disposition of received goods and generate precise receiving documentation and reports.Safely offload and stage inbound materials using various PIVs and manual handling equipment.Monitor and manage unloading and delivery of bulk raw materials to designated storage tanks, ensuring proper inventory control and coordinating quality assurance sampling.Distribute non‑inventoried items directly to their respective departments.Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems for all purchase orders, receiving transactions, external storage documentation, and material returns.Prepare, pick, and consolidate finished products for outbound shipment, ensuring adherence to customer orders, packaging specifications, and loading procedures.Operate automated equipment, including auto‑palletizers, for productive processing and staging of finished goods.Load and secure outbound shipments onto trailers, including rejected or unfinished goods, and complete all required shipping documentation.Arrange and process courier shipments for various departments,
