A contracted role until March 2027, you’ll work across Eataly’s locations including Yorkville and Eaton Centre. Bring your background in customer service and event management to support engaging cooking classes, wine tastings, and store tours. You'll educate guests about food pairings and enhance their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve at cooking classes and tastings
• Assist with setup and teardown for events
• Prepare necessary materials for events
• Lead educational tours for guests
• Support virtual events with product delivery
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a customer service-focused role
• Solid project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
