This role bridges innovation strategy and product execution to bring consumer-led opportunities to launch-ready products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on lab/kitchen experience, collaborate with Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Brand teams, and support Stage-Gate decisions. On-site in Canada.
