We are currently seeking aVeterinary Medical Directorto join and lead our medical team.The Veterinary Medical Director is a key leadership position responsible for maintaining the highest standards of medical quality and overseeing the performance of the veterinary team. This role ensures excellence in patient care, oversees clinical protocols, and serves as a vital liaison between veterinary staff and administrative leadership.Credit Valley Animal Hospital will lead the implementation of the Global Veterinary Bridge (“The Bridge”) program within Ontario. This program was designed with the purpose of preparing internationally trained professionals, educated at non-AVMA accredited institutions, for the Clinical Proficiency Exam (CPE), before placement in a permanent home hospital.A core focus of the position is the training and mentorship of veterinary professionals, including new graduates and internationally trained veterinarians. The Medical Director ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and works to align clinical practices with the broader strategic and business objectives of the organization.In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Veterinary Medical Director also practices as a veterinarian, providing direct patient care, performing medical and surgical procedures,
