- Perform a wide range of facility-based maintenance duties
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning duties within the facility and some outdoor areas
- Organize, maintain, and clean bathrooms, dressing rooms, meeting rooms, janitorial rooms, and storage rooms
- Follow assigned task lists
- Provide customer service and assist in program facilitation
- Respond to customer inquiries according to established procedures and the approved decision-making framework
- Maintain ongoing communication with program, event, and customer service staff
- Provide setups, cleanups, and conversions based on facility programming requirements
- Respond to additional facility requests as required

Requirements

- Completion of Grade 10 education
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work productively in a team workplace and independently as required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Maturity, judgment, and diplomacy
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening




- Ability to work variable hours including evenings and weekends
- Secondary School Diploma preferred
