Drive impactful partnerships at the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) as a Partnership Operations Coordinator. This hybrid role focuses on sponsorship coordination for essential programs and events.

You will support a national portfolio to secure vital funding for programs serving the Canadian Armed Forces community. Your expertise in marketing, fundraising, and event planning will contribute to delivering meaningful programming. Work closely with Marketing & Communications and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:



• Administer and track sponsorship agreements and financials • Engage with external partners to foster collaboration • Create marketing materials and sponsorship proposals • Monitor KPIs and prepare impact reports • Research industry trends to optimize partnerships

Requirements: • Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing • Experience in event planning and data management • Solid organizational and communication skills • Proficient in administrative and reporting tools • Bilingualism is a strong plus
