Location:North York, Ontario │Salary Range : 56k-60k │ Hybrid │ One Year ContractSummary of ResponsibilitiesMitigate retail credit losses by minimizing consumer loan portfolio delinquency while being an advocate of the customer.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Complete collection calls in a dialer environmentMeet and exceed predefined targetsReduce delinquency and minimize lossesComplete skip tracing to locate customersIdentify and escape potential loss scenariosCollaborate with team members to optimize departmentEducation and Experience Requirements:Degree/Diploma : University Degree or College DiplomaYears of Experience : 1-3 Years of Collections ExperienceType of Experience : Accounts Receivable, Collections, SalesIndustry : Product, ManufacturingSkills & Abilities:Superior organizational skillsHigh emotional IQTeam playerEffective written and verbal communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
