This role is a 50/50 split between forklift operation and warehouse support duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving product throughout the warehouse while also assisting with order picking, packing, cleanup, and general material handling tasks as required.

This role is best suited for someone who understands that in a busy warehouse environment, safety, accuracy, and productivity all matter.

Location: Milton, ON Pay: $22.00 per hour Shift: Straight Day Shift | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Operate a narrow aisle reach forklift safely and efficiently

Operate counterbalance and walkie equipment as required

Pick, stage, and move materials within warehouse racking systems

Load and unload shipments accurately

Complete order picking, packing, and other warehouse support duties





Use RF scanners and/or manual pick lists to complete inventory movements

Replenish stock and support order fulfillment activities

Conduct daily forklift and equipment inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Support general warehouse cleanup and end-of-shift housekeeping

Requirements

Valid forklift certification for: Narrow

Minimum 2 years of recent narrow aisle reach experience

Previous experience in a distribution centre, warehouse, or manufacturing setting

Comfortable working at heights

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail, safety, and order accuracy

Reliable transportation to Milton, ON

Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
