Albertafor the 2026 Season.What Is The Opportunity?Operate the paver and other equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure the asphalt mix is placed to the correct grade and thicknessMaintain the correct speed and move the paver in a straight linePerform daily maintenance and safety inspectionsPreheat the paving screed before asphalt placementMonitor and control asphalt mixture temperaturesCoordinate with trucks delivering asphalt to the paverWhat You Bring to the Team:2+ years’ experience operating a Paver.Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, in a courteous, professional manner at all times.Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better.Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.Willing to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, as required.Must comply with the company’s drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.Other duties as assigned.Compensation and BenefitsHealth and dental coverageVision CarePension plan with employer matchingHealth and wellness, green home energy benefit.Wage: $36-42Aecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
