This temporary role is anticipated to run through late August or September, depending on candidate availability. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first and last impression for every Member who enters and leaves our Service location.Who you areYou’re passionate about delivering exceptional Member experiences. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re an analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision‑making skills. A fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.What you’ll doEngage and welcome incoming Members and proactively coordinate appointments with the Advisors to ensure an ideal waiting experience. Answer incoming phone calls, make outbound calls to confirm appointments and monitor the Service Location email account. Enhance Member value by promoting BCAA Membership, products and services. Process payments and documents.What you bringCompletion of Grade 12.At least two years’ experience in customer service,
