Become a part of the Whitetooth Grill team and provide excellent service to guests. This role encompasses taking orders, cash management, and creating a welcoming dining environment.
At Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, you’ll serve as a Server with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for cash handling, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and contributing to special events. Flexible scheduling is essential, with shifts ranging from 24 to 40 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter guest food and beverage orders accurately
• Execute cash handling procedures effectively
• Clean and organize the dining space for customers
• Assist guests with inquiries about events and services
• Contribute to the setup and take-down of functions
Requirements:
• Serving It Right or an equivalent certification
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling roles
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings
