Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee care for patients with complex geriatric needs and trauma • Engage in collaborative interdisciplinary medical rounds • Teach and mentor medical residents and clerks • Adapt scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance • Participate in professional development and CME initiatives
Requirements: • Proven experience in hospitalist or relevant clinical settings • Medical degree and relevant licensure • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and on-call rotations • Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and skills enhancement
