• Independently handle litigation files end-to-end • Provide critical assessments alongside claims partners • Draft detailed legal documents and motions • Conduct all necessary Examinations for Discovery • Attend LAT hearings, case-conferences, and trials

Requirements: • Juris Doctor or law-related Bachelor's degree • At least seven years of relevant insurance defence experience • Familiarity with trials and arbitrations required • Experience with Accident Perks and Bodily Injury claims • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
