Requirements Developed specialties in Nonprofit 4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting Master’s degree preferred Licensed CPA 5 years of experience working for a public accounting firm Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants Analytical skills in relation to financial statements and other financial information Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers Demonstrating initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently
