This full time, temporary position runs from October 2026 to January 2027 and is a great opportunity for undergraduate students studying Supply Chain Management or Business. You'll engage in important tasks like organizing spend data, assisting with contracts, and documenting supply chain policies. This role not only strengthens your knowledge but also enhances critical skills needed in procurement and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze spend data for insights on contracts and regions
• Update the contract database and create metadata
• Document and standardize supply chain policies




• Identify improvements in contract management processes
• Assist Supply Chain Manager with troubleshooting issues
Requirements:
• Availability for full-time work from October 2026 to January 2027
• Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program
• Interest in purchasing and procurement
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
