Our work is grounded in care, accountability, procedural fairness, and psychological safety.About the roleThe Director, HR & Workplace Investigations provides leadership within our investigations practice while remaining closely connected to the work. You will oversee complex matters, coach investigators, support quality and consistency, and contribute to the ongoing development of our investigation practices, particularly in unionized and labour‑relations‑sensitive environments.
