Whether working in homes, businesses, or out in the field, you'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.As a glazier at All-Brite, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of a company that’s committed to helping people see clearly—both through their glass and in their careers.Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing✅ Install, repair, and replace a wide range of glass and glazing products, including windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and specialty glass✅ Precisely measure, cut, and fit glass to exact specifications using industry tools and equipment✅ Safely handle and transport glass, following best practices for safety and quality✅ Apply sealants, weatherproofing, and finishing materials to ensure top-quality installations✅ Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions,



and answering questions with confidence✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified work environment – in the shop, on job sites, and in service vehicles✅ Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required.
