Job Description:
We are looking for two Cooks who can efficiently assist in the daily with East Indian cuisine.

Main Duties include:

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes using recipes and food products for East Indian food
- Manage kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas,

Employment Requirements:

- Experience an asset
- Minimum Education: High School Completion
