As a Lead Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will operate, repair, and maintain commercial trucks and heavy equipment. Your responsibilities include performing diagnostics on up-to-date CNG and diesel engines along with leading safety and preventive maintenance tasks. Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work area while providing guidance to apprentice mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic and repair work on heavy machinery
• Execute thorough safety inspections on vehicles
• Keep detailed records of repairs and equipment
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards
Requirements:
• Journeyman mechanic status required
• Valid Driver’s License and personal tools
