Key Responsibilities:
• Clean all common areas including stairwells and halls
• Manage cleaning of vacant suites and perform touch-ups
• Pick up interior and exterior garbage regularly
• Assist with snow removal and painting as needed
• Maintain and ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment
Requirements:
• 2 years of cleaning experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 90kg safely
