Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise compliance and audit-focused initiatives • Facilitate strategic planning and monitoring of provider activities • Collaborate with multiple divisions on Medicaid integrity • Analyze data to inform risk management decisions • Prepare activities to be legally defensible and audit-ready
Requirements: • Minimum 4 years in Medicaid LTSS or program integrity • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex teams • Skilled in analyzing compliance metrics and reports • Effective communicator with leadership and partners • Experience with Medicaid claims or eligibility systems
