If you are up for a fun, challenging, yet fulfilling job, this might be the place for you!Job Duties:Lead the day-to-day operations of a licensed Out of School Care program, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging setting for children and youthOversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision to maintain appropriate ratios and program coverageEnsure compliance with Community Care Licensing, BGCCVI policies, and core programming standardsSupport program planning and implementation, including age-appropriate activities and individualized supports where requiredSupervise, coach, and support staff through onboarding, training, performance management,
