You will turn complex customer drawings into practical manufacturing processes for components used in highly regulated applications. In this role, you will support projects from initial technical review through production release. Your work will include process planning, ERP documentation, tooling and work-holding development, production troubleshooting, and manufacturing improvements. You will receive structured knowledge transfer from experienced engineering leadership while providing technical guidance to junior engineers. To be considered, you must have an engineering degree, 3+ years of experience creating CNC manufacturing process plans for aerospace components, including defining the sequence of operations, machine setups, tooling, fixtures, inspection points, and production instructions.
