The Project Manager, Digital media will manage the production and delivery of the branded content elements and also manage the internal and external logistics from project kick‑off to final delivery. Digital campaign elements include microsite development, video production and image capture, written and supporting copy, online advertising assets and social boost extensions. Core responsibilities also include workback schedule planning, workflow facilitation, client and vendor communications, supporting documentation, and client approvals.Key Areas of ResponsibilitySupport internal team with the development and facilitation of branded content campaigns. Present project plan, define asset scope, facilitate kick‑off documentation, prepare accurate WBS,
manage overall project status and lead all communications with key stakeholders.Direct a team of vendor partners, designers, strategists and developers to ensure the final product is consistent with the client's vision. Ensure key stakeholders, agencies and clients are onboarded and comprehend, and adhere to the workback schedule. Lead internal teams (Sales, AdOps, Digital Campaign Specialist and Creative Services) through full program delivery – design, microsite, asset production, reporting set‑up and more. Ensure successful delivery of assets are delivered within scope and with KPIs in mind.Facilitate the development of brand‑lead microsites, video asset production (talent and scripts), written and supporting content/copy, media assets and social media extensions. Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements. Coordinate, plan and execute social boost media extensions on Facebook/Instagram. Monitor and optimize execution to achieve KPIs and provide performance reporting as needed.Ensure campaign is set‑up for required multi‑source reporting and data dashboards (Google Analytics, Lotame, BURT, Facebook Ad Manager).
Ensure through QA has been completed for optimal performance across all channels to ensure accurate performance. Monitor project performance using internal systems (Google Analytics, Lotame, BURT) post campaigns to ensure they achieve established campaign KPIs.Job RequirementsEducation, Experience and Technical skillsrequired (R), preferred (P) or asset (A)PMP certified (A) but not requiredUniversity Degree and/or College Diploma in a relevant field (R)2 – 3 years of project management or advertising agency experience (P)Proficient in Project Management fundamentals (P)Required Soft Skills and CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple projects at any one time.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Aptitude to identify project roadblocks in advance and resolve them in a timely manner.Excellent attention to detail, assurance that all work is thoroughly reviewed and tested before deployment.Can effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels with confidence and authority.The base salary range for this position is CAD $70k - $85k.This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
