Job DescriptionAs the Showroom Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the plumbing showroom including the team, sales, operations, and financial performance while providing the leadership required to meet or exceed financial targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and meet or exceed sales, product and gross profit targets while growing profit-sharingRecruit, develop, coach, and lead a team of world‑class salespeopleDevelop and build strong relationships with designers, home builders and architects to grow profitable salesSet individual product line and teammate sales goals and hold the team accountable for meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targetsAnalyze financial performance and implement appropriate strategies to increase sales, improve margins, manage assets, and increase both ROI and profit‑sharingEnter orders and quotes in the system, expedite purchases while maintaining proactive communication with customersBuild relationships in the community through local marketing efforts, hosting special events to build the customer base, and attending industry related events such as the Kitchen and Bath ExpoSafeguard and maintain Profit Centre assets – buildings, inventory, equipment, and receivablesUnderstand and follow all safety regulations at all customer locations as well as at the Profit CentrePerform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre ManagerQualificationsCollege and/or University degreeKnowledge of kitchen and bath design trendsValid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractProficient in the use of Microsoft Office softwarePossess a solid work ethic and high standard of integrityAbility to build quality relationships with teammates, customers, and key vendorsPossess strong sales skills,
