- Strong hands-on formwork / shuttering estimating experience
- Ability to step in and deliver from day one
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, sequencing and construction methodology
- Solid knowledge of labour, materials, productivity and logistics
- Experience pricing complex concrete and structural scopes
