The TTOC application is now open for both current and returning applicants in the East (Creston) and West (Nelson) zones. Candidates with at least two years of TTOC experience may be exempt from interviewing. Submissions require an updated resume and references from supervisory roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement K–12 curriculum using BC standards
• Adapt classroom strategies to support all learners
• Manage classroom effectively with diverse students
• Maintain records and reporting via MyEducation BC
• Provide inclusive practices in lesson planning
Requirements:
• Hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, minimum with a teaching major
• Capacity to travel between schools on short notice
• Proven experience in collaborative teaching
• Knowledge of quality assessment practices
