• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements • Map current-state processes and design future-state visions • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders for decision-making • Develop test scenarios and support system testing • Maintain documentation of processes and decisions

Requirements: • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teams • Eligibility to work in Canada in a full time capacity • Familiarity with agile processes and UAT
