Drive grant program success with the Canadian Red Cross in a partially virtual role. Use your Indigenous grantmaking experience to enhance community resilience and recovery services.

In this temporary, full-time position, the Manager of Grant Programs will lead the execution of grant initiatives, working closely with the Senior Manager and a team of Grant Officers. Your leadership will be crucial for building grant capacity, monitoring program implementation, and enriching grantee experiences while ensuring adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure effective delivery of all grant programs • Guide and develop Grant Officers’ career paths • Foster collaboration across service lines and support services • Monitor program performance and quality assurance • Shape reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: • Minimum of 4-7 years in Indigenous grantmaking • Relevant degree or college diploma • Engagement with Indigenous communities required • Robust skills in program and financial management • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
