Enhance community support as the Navigation and Support Centre Lead in Calgary. This full-time role requires strategic leadership to improve service delivery for Albertans.
You will play a pivotal role in operationalizing the Alberta Recovery Model by implementing processes and supporting a team dedicated to helping individuals with mental health and addiction challenges. Responsibilities include facilitating effective communication and monitoring site operations to ensure high quality of service.
Key Responsibilities: • Support operational procedure development • Coordinate with community agencies for integrated services • Monitor and identify service delivery improvements • Provide presentations and support stakeholder inquiries • Build team-oriented relationships with service providers
Requirements: • Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Business • Minimum four years of related leadership experience • Experience with mental health and addiction support • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills • Insight into the homeless-serving system
