This role ensures optimal equipment reliability, efficient operations, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position supervises a team of maintenance technicians and manages external service providers to support operational continuity.Your TasksMaintenance Management (Process Equipment)Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs in accordance with OEM requirementsMonitor and report maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTTF, downtime, FMEA tracking)Coordinate maintenance activities with Production to minimize disruptionTroubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and unexpected breakdownsPlan and execute major repairs and shutdownsFacilities ManagementOversee maintenance and upkeep of building systems (HVAC, utilities,



structural elements)Establish and manage a facilities services program (soft and hard services)Coordinate and supervise external contractors for facility‑related workEnsure facility compliance with applicable regulations and standardsTeam LeadershipSupervise and support a team of mechanics and electriciansAssign work, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of tasksProvide coaching, training, and performance managementPromote a strong safety culture within the teamContract & Vendor ManagementManage and negotiate maintenance and facilities service contractsOversee contractor performance for both preventative and reactive servicesEnsure cost‑effective procurement of maintenance services and materialsCompliance & SafetyEnsure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulationsSupport audits and ensure proper documentation and record keepingEnforce safe work practices and proceduresKey CompetenciesLeadership and team managementProblem‑solving and troubleshootingOrganizational and planning skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesBudget and cost control awarenessRequirementsTechnical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical,



or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environmentPrevious supervisory or leadership experienceStrong knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and CMMSExperience managing contractors and service agreementsWe offerIn accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing explicit and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job‑related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations.
