DescriptionThe Pharmacy Technician I provides technical and operational assistance to the Pharmacy Department in the preparation, checking, distribution and procurement of pharmaceuticals. The Pharmacy Technician I is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. and medication distribution processes in alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume pharmacy workplace.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and sites as required.Preferred QualificationsExperience using Epic, with familiarity in Connect Care workflows supporting medication order processing and pharmacy operations.Advanced experience within Connect Care, including medication list management, dispense logic, and inventory control processes.Experience with Kroll, AutoMed or other pharmacy automation and dispensing technologies.Experience supporting medication distribution to healthcare facilities such as hospitals or care centers.Hiring RequirementsPlease submit your resume to apply.
