You will also represent WorkBC by promoting services and participating in local employment initiatives, enhancing the community's connection to job resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs for job development services
• Develop and implement client activity plans
• Proactively market clients to suitable employers
• Facilitate wage subsidy services and negotiations
• Represent WCG at job fairs and community events
Requirements:
• Proven experience in client coaching and support
• Robust marketing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Clearance for a criminal record check
