Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily Personal Lines servicing via EPIC • Assist multiple brokerages with their capacity demands • Handle Home, Auto, and Property insurance servicing • Adapt quickly to different brokerage environments • Ensure consistent, professional service delivery

Requirements: • 3–5+ years of experience in Personal Lines brokerage • Active RIBO license in good standing • Proficient in EPIC software • Ability to adapt to various environments • Excellent communication and service commitment
