You will serve as the sole Quality Assurance presence and primary decision‑maker for quality and food safety during the overnight shift.What You’ll LeadOvernight Quality & Food Safety OversightIndependently monitor multiple beverage production lines during overnight operationsEnsure compliance withGMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, HACCP, SQFand regulatory requirements (CFIA, FDA, Organic, Kosher)Actively enforce GMP standards and address non‑compliance immediatelyApply structured, step‑by‑step decision‑making processes when initiating product holds, line stops, or escalationsBeverage Sensory & Product Specification EvaluationConduct beverage sensory evaluations (taste, aroma, appearance, texture)Verify finished product specifications (pH, Brix, viscosity, fill weights, packaging integrity, etc.)Identify and address deviations from product specifications in real timeVerify sanitation and allergen control programs for beverage processing equipment (tanks, fillers, lines, transfer systems)VerifyCIP (Clean‑in‑Place) and COP (Clean‑out‑of‑Place) systems, ensuring cycles meet defined parameters. Confirm chemical concentrations, contact times, temperatures, and titrations meet specification.
