Key Responsibilities:



• Review cost allocations and coding of global deal invoices • Monitor payment journals and resolve billing disputes • Oversee monthly invoicing and RPA bot for efficiency • Record journal entries and bank reconciliations in Dynamics • Prepare financial statements and management fee calculations

Requirements: • CPA designation with 3-5 years in corporate accounting • Strong communication skills in oral and written formats • Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
