In this full time contract position, you will directly report to the Clinical Information and Systems Manager. Your role will involve formulating privacy policies, monitoring compliance, and actively participating in educational activities aimed at enhancing privacy awareness among staff and stakeholders, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop policies ensuring compliance with privacy laws
• Conduct audits and manage privacy breach incidents
• Revise consent forms according to legal standards




• Facilitate educational seminars for staff and families
• Process requests for client record releases efficiently
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in privacy roles within health records
• CHIMA Certification is mandatory
• CIPP/C or equivalent knowledge required
• Skilled in communication and problem-solving
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License required
